Do I need to be local to work with Clarity+?+
No. Our bookkeeping process is designed for remote collaboration using cloud-based tools. Service suitability and any province-specific requirements are reviewed during onboarding.
Do you work with QuickBooks Online?+
Yes. QuickBooks Online is our primary bookkeeping platform. We'll review your current setup and discuss what makes sense for your business.
Is payroll or tax preparation included?+
Not in our initial monthly packages. We can clarify the scope and discuss how your bookkeeping records can be prepared for your tax professional.
Can you clean up old bookkeeping records?+
Historical catch-up work is assessed separately. We'll first review the condition of your records and determine whether the work fits our current service capacity.
How much time will I need to spend each month?+
That depends on your transaction volume and how records are currently organized. Our goal is to establish a straightforward process for sharing documents and resolving questions efficiently.
